Privacy

We collect only what we need to answer bookings and to make and ship your order. No ad tracking, no analytics, and we never sell your information.
What we collect, and why
When you send a booking enquiry: your name, email, car, location, the package you're interested in, a date and any notes. We use them to reply and quote. The form is handled by our website host, Netlify.
When you buy something: your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and what you ordered. Payment is taken by Stripe on its own checkout page. Your card details go straight to Stripe, and we never see them. To make and ship your order, we pass your name, email, phone number, shipping address and items to our print partner, Printify, which also emails you shipping updates.
Your cart: saved in your own browser so it's still there when you come back. It isn't sent to us until you check out.
Technical data: like most websites, our host keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
Who we share it with
Only the companies above, and only for the jobs described: Stripe (payments), Printify (printing and shipping), Netlify (hosting and the booking form) and Google Fonts. We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't use advertising or analytics cookies.
Cookies
Our own pages don't set cookies. Stripe's checkout page uses its own cookies to prevent fraud and to run its optional "Link" saved-checkout feature. Those are covered by Stripe's privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes. We keep booking enquiries while they're relevant to working with you. Ask us to delete your information at any time, and we'll do it unless we're required to keep it.
Your choices
Email us to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted.
Children
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
